Position: Head Chef
Location: Bloomfield Shopping Centre Bangor
Salary: £42k to £46k(depending on experience)
We are looking for motivated Head Chef for our new restaurant opening October 2023.
Who can develop our food offering, Working closely with the Executive Chef this role will involve heading up the day to day operations of the kitchen and helping to develop the menu.
We're looking for a candidate, experienced at Head Chef level who can;
- Lead the team in a hands on capacity
- Maintain & enhance food standards across the business
- Ensure excellent standards including compliance with all HACCP responsibilities
- Assist in the development menu
- Work with local and seasonal produce
- Develop and train the kitchen team
- Work to gross profit margins
This role may suit a strong Sous Chef looking for a first head chef position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £42,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
