Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supervising front-of-house staff, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding guest services
- Oversee reservations, check-ins, and guest enquiries to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in the reception area
- Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with human resources functions including recruitment, training, and staff scheduling
- Implement and uphold health and safety protocols in line with industry standards
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and performance management
- Experience in hospitality management
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills.
