Daisy Chain Care Team are currently seeking a Female member to join our friendly team.
We are currently have Full time, Part time, Evening and Weekend hours available.

YOU REQUIRE A CAR FOR THIS ROLE AND MUST LIVE IN THE LOCAL AREA.
Daisy Chain Care Team provide care and support to people living in their own homes in Stevenage, Knebworth, Woolmer Green and Welwyn.
Our Team are hardworking, kind, trustworthy and dedicated in making a difference to the lives of the people we visit. We are looking for someone who has the same qualities and ethics to work alongside our amazing Team.
Reliability is a key factor within this role in order to support the team and the people we care for to the highest of standards.

The Care you will be providing include tasks such as;
- Assisting the people we visit with all aspect of their personal care.
- Administrating medications.
- Assisting with meals and drinks.
- Escorting the People we visit to appointments.
- Social support.
- Sitting services.
- Pet care.
- Shopping support.
- Escorting the People we visit on trips out.
It is essential that you live local and hold a full, current UK driving license. Please do not apply if you do not have a driving license or vehicle.
