The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team at Stokes Croft and Whiteladies Road Clifton. This role will be split between these two sites.
You’ll help prepare and serve our signature brunch and lunch dishes — from The Pinkmans Plate and Loaded Hash Browns to Sourdough Toasties and seasonal specials — all made fresh each day with quality ingredients from our trusted local suppliers.
You’ll:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to Pinkmans standards.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Help with daily prep, stock management, and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Bring a positive attitude and collaborative energy to the kitchen.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a café or restaurant kitchen (breakfast/brunch experience a plus).
- Takes pride in using fresh, local ingredients.
- Works well under pressure and keeps calm during busy brunch services.
- Is reliable, organised, and enjoys being part of a tight-knit team.
- Can work flexibly, including weekends.
