This is an ideal opportunity for chefs of all levels to join our friendly and passionate kitchen team at Stoke by Nayland Resort. Stoke by Nayland Resort is home to the Lakes Restaurant, serving up to 140 covers each night using the finest local and homegrown produce. The Sports Bar is open all day, offering a menu of comfort food and pub classics to golfers and those seeking a more relaxed dining experience.
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the food menus
- Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic food every time
Show ownership of your section, organising your mise en place in time for service
- Assist other chefs where needed, carrying out reasonable duties to assist with the smooth running of the kitchen
- Show willingness to learn and develop
- Maintain acceptable levels of cleanliness, work within the guidance of department SOPs and ensure checklists and tasks are completed as required
- Flexible in the areas in which you are required to work
