Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care according to each client’s care plan, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with kindness and professionalism
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Support clients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in activities and hobbies within their capabilities
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Use IT systems to update care records accurately and promptly after each visit
- Drive between client locations safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality and reliability in your schedule
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously to create a safe environment for both clients and yourself
Skills
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home visits
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Good IT skills for updating records, accessing schedules, and communicating via digital platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude and the ability to build trusting relationships
- Clear understanding of health & safety procedures relevant to home care environments
