As an Agricultural Service Manager, you will:
- Take on a pivotal role for one of the UK’s leading Agricultural Dealers.
- Organise and lead your own team of skilled engineers working on prestigious brands of Agricultural Machinery.
- Ensure all customers are being delivered first class service we can be proud of.
- Manage all aspects of their workshop.
- Develop and maintain relationships with long standing, valued customers.
- Will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Plus additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business, including weekend working when required.
Have you got what we are looking for?
- An experienced Agricultural Engineer looking to step up in to management.
- Experienced in being an Agricultural Service Manager (or experienced in Managing a Service Department in a Main Dealership eg Plant)
- Able to thrive during the seasonal demands from our farming customers.
- Be passionate about your team delivering great customer service.
- Strong communication, organisational & IT skills.
- Self-motivated & able to inspire your team.
