We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions across the organisation. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
- Maintain organised records and filing systems both physically and digitally
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Skills
- Proven office experience or previous administrative roles
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in some softwares and booking systems desirable.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining accuracy
