Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Duties
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate service requests effectively
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and update customer information in our database systems
- Prepare and process documentation using Microsoft Office and in-house software tools
- Assist with invoicing and taking phone payments
- Organise files, correspondence, and administrative documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Support technical team members with project specific tasks such as document preparation, client/contractor coordination and proofing
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Stripe or similar payment software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally
- Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
- Previous clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £21,158.00-£24,800.00 per year
