What you’ll own
- Acts as primary liaison between client and Global Payments and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.

Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.

Works directly with relevant teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate client meetings at Global Payments offices and Executive and/or Sales Executive visits and presentations at client on-site facilities.

Ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies

Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth

Coach and mentor junior team members.
What you bring

Experience as a Relationship or Account Manager in the payments and/or Fintech space.

Minimum 2 years of experience interacting with Merchants and/or partners.

Understanding of global payment requirements and needs.

Experience in the Travel Industry (OTA/Cruise lines/ground transportation) an advantage.

Preferable additional language spoken (Italian/French/Spanish)
