Responsibilities
- Providing professional hairdressing services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying in accordance with client requests.
- Offering specialised treatments including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance clients’ overall appearance.
- Managing store operations efficiently, including front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
- Mentoring junior staff members and trainees to ensure consistent service quality and professional development.
- Upselling additional products or services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Building strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service skills.
- Assisting with store management tasks when required, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing, barbering, or related beauty services.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in store management and front desk operations.
- Expertise in eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while prioritising customer satisfaction.
- Excellent mentoring skills to support junior staff development.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
