Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across both business and personal affairs. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires exceptional organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining complete confidentiality.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse workload, from coordinating day-to-day administrative operations and international travel to overseeing high-value assets, supporting lifestyle management, and ensuring the seamless running of both business and personal commitments. This paid position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and international travel arrangements with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinate business and personal correspondence, handling calls, emails, and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using administrative and accounting systems, including Xero where required.
- Organise meetings, events, hospitality, and travel logistics, including accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist with personal errands, lifestyle management, and a wide variety of day-to-day tasks to support the principal.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of an extensive fleet of luxury, prestige, and high-performance vehicles, ensuring every vehicle is maintained, serviced, detailed, insured, taxed, securely stored, and presented to the highest possible standard at all times.
- Drive and transport vehicles within the fleet as required, including collections, deliveries, servicing appointments, MOTs, detailing, storage movements, and providing chauffeur support for business or personal engagements. A high level of confidence driving premium and high-value vehicles is essential.
- Act as the principal point of contact for all aspects of the principal's luxury superyacht based in the Mediterranean, coordinating with the captain, crew, marinas, management companies, maintenance contractors, and suppliers to ensure the vessel is always fully operational, immaculately presented, and ready for owner or guest use. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary planning, provisioning, guest arrangements, refits, servicing schedules, and seasonal movements.
- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, household staff, and service providers to ensure all properties and assets are maintained efficiently.
- Support special projects and undertake ad hoc business and personal tasks as required, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Private PA, or in a similar high-level support role.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident manner.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong administrative and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence with confidence and experience driving luxury, prestige, and high-performance vehicles.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours when required to accommodate travel, events, or urgent business and personal matters.

Pay: £25,420.00-£50,205.31 per year
