We are recruiting Supervisors to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high‑quality operations within our aviation services. You will lead frontline teams on shift, ensure work is completed to required standards, and help maintain smooth, timely service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate frontline teams to deliver cleaning and presentation tasks effectively.
- Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet required standards.
- Support Duty Managers with operational decision‑making and shift planning.
- Conduct quality checks and address any issues or performance gaps.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues.
- Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote safe working practices.
- Communicate clearly during each shift, ensuring accurate handovers with other teams.
- Report incidents, issues or supply shortages promptly.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in aviation, cleaning, FM, hospitality or other fast‑paced operational roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide frontline teams.
- Good communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Reliable, proactive and confident working under pressure.
- Committed to high standards, safety and teamwork.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo and pass vetting that is to CAA regulations, and security clearance.
