Responsibilities
- Serve beverages and food items to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Manage customer orders accurately, including taking payments and processing transactions
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
