Location: Central Support - Bolton
Starting Salary: £27,248 rising to £28,059 upon full training and sign-off. This is the rate for full-time colleagues. We are able to be flexible with the working hours for the position and the salary will be pro-rata

Role Overview: As a New Business Developer, you'll be the energetic and enthusiastic voice of our new depots, building and nurturing relationships with new customers. Your mission is to embody our core values while driving sales and exceeding targets.
You will phone customers to engage them into the business and generate an account base to help our new depots flourish upon opening and supporting existing depots over the phone!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in regular outreach to new and existing customers
- Promote and sell Clifton products and services to tradespeople and their clients
- Manage quotes and leads effectively
- Uphold and deliver on our four cornerstones
- Expand and maintain the depot's customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and surpass sales targets
Who We're Looking For:
- Personable and self-motivated individuals with resilience
- Full driving license preferred
Working Hours:
- Monday - 0800 - 1600
- Tuesday - 0800 -1600
- Wednesday - 0800 -1700
- Thursday - 0800 - 1700
- Friday: 0800 - 1600
- NO WEEKEND WORKING
- 37 hours per week - or preferred hours for the right candidate
