About Us
At Thistle, we have over 80 years of experience supporting people to live independently in their own homes and communities across Edinburgh and Fife. We are committed to continuously improving and creating meaningful, person-centred support that enables individuals to live fulfilling lives.
The Role
We are looking for compassionate and thoughtful individuals to join our team as Support Workers. This role is about much more than completing tasks - it’s about building relationships, recognising each person as an individual, and supporting them to achieve what matters most in their lives.
You will work alongside people, empowering them to grow, develop, and experience life in ways that are meaningful to them.
At Thistle, we are working towards becoming a self-organised organisation. This means supporting staff to work autonomously, take ownership of their role, and make decisions while working collaboratively with others. We encourage confidence, initiative, and shared responsibility in how we support people.
