Long Eaton Building Plastics Ltd are seeking an experienced order processor within the Window & Door industry to join their friendly team.
Applicant should be proactive, highly motivated and adaptable to change. This is an extremely client orientated role, therefore the ability to successfully liaise with customers and suppliers is paramount. If you have previous experience in the windows and door industry this would be beneficial however full training will be provided to the right candidate.

· Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm ** Some Saturdays (8am -12)
· Non contractual Monthly bonus
· Experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities;
- Providing quotations & processing of orders for manufacture on the company’s software in a timely manner based on customer drawings & plans.
- Producing order acknowledgments with delivery dates.
- Creating purchase orders and Customer invoices
- Working closely with customers to ensure technical support is provided.
- To be part of a close-knit team, with a proactive approach and the ability to work under own initiative.
- Support front of house team when required.
- To carry out other ad hoc duties as required by Management.
Candidate Attributes;
- Previous experience in the windows and door industry
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings & plans (to be elaborated on)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skill with experience of order processing and putting together orders and quotes
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
