We're opening a new branch within 45 minutes of SL5, with the full backing of our established Pangbourne hub, and we have an opportunity for Installation Engineers to join us as we grow.
You'll have a fully stocked vehicle, an experienced warehouse team, and the day-to-day support of an experienced Installation Manager and dedicated office team - handling bookings, parts and admin so you can focus on the job in hand. You'll also have multiple shift patterns to choose from, including the option of a 4-day week and a 3-day weekend. There's no 24/7 callout to worry about, and all your work will be located within 25 miles of our new branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Boiler, unvented cylinder and heating system installations
- Heating system upgrades
- Heat pump installations - full training provided
- Own the outcome - getting every install right first time and providing exceptional customer service before, during and after every job
Skills and Experience:
- At least three years of post-qualification experience is essential
- Knowledge of S and Y plan heating wiring
- G3 experience is preferred but not essential
- OFTEC, LPG and heat pump experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided
- A driven, ambitious mindset with a genuine love of solving problems
- Good planning and organisational skills, with strong analytical thinking
- Great communication skills, with the ability to be open, honest and approachable with every customer
