We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and organised learning mentor, with the skills and ability to support our students to achieve. The successful candidate will establish positive relationships to promote excellent learning, identify appropriate small group interventions including academic support in Maths, English and Science, analyse data to support referral routes into small group provision and advise the wider school inclusion referral panel. This role will also lead on our Year 7 Transition Support Programme, providing targeted, structured support to ensure all students settle successfully into school life. The provision focuses on developing self-esteem, confidence and learning readiness, enabling pupils to fully access the curriculum and achieve in line with our high expectations for all.
