Alfred Recruitment is working with an established AJ100 architectural practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architect to join its growing London studio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ARB Registered Architect who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative, design-led practice. You will have the opportunity to lead significant projects, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued growth and success of the studio.
The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Leading architectural projects from concept design through to completion
- Managing projects across all RIBA stages
- Producing and overseeing high-quality technical design information
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants
- Developing strong client relationships and supporting project delivery
- Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting their professional development
- Contributing to the wider development and success of the London studio
About You
The successful Senior Architect will ideally have:
- ARB registration and significant post-Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects (£5m–£20m)
- Strong technical knowledge with experience across RIBA Stages 3–6
- Experience running projects and coordinating consultants
- Proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- The ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience across sectors such as education, healthcare, heritage, refurbishment, commercial or complex public projects would be advantageous.
