Experienced Air Conditioning Install Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join our well-established company, working across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an experienced install engineer who is comfortable with splits, multi splits and VRV installations.
Role & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will primarily include:
- Installing air conditioning systems, including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs.
- Working on both residential and commercial sites
Requirements
- To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be located within 15 miles of the warehouse at Dartford DA2 7ER
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of industry experience.
- Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be an efficient multitasker with good IT skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Be flexible, open to change, and trustworthy.
Essential Qualifications
You must hold some of the following trade and health & safety certifications:
- Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds.
- Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar

- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
- Location: Mobile role (office based in Wilmington, Kent)
- Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM –4:30 PM
