Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our small marketing team and drive the company's marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns, managing workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day team management while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Allocate and assign tasks to team members based on priorities, workloads, and individual strengths.
- Monitor progress of projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-to-one sessions.
- Identify training and development needs within the team.
- Ensure accountability and maintain high standards of work across all marketing activities.
Marketing Delivery
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
- Manage content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through to completion.
Business Development Support
- Generate leads and increase enquiries for training programmes and services.
- Work closely with sales and operational teams to support growth targets.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends.
- Produce regular reports on marketing activity and results.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' marketing experience
- Proven experience managing or leading a small team.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to confidently assign tasks, manage workloads, and hold team members accountable.
- Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
