```Job Overview```
We're on the lookout for an organised and skilled Chef to take an exciting role in our city centre kitchen at Mr Wilson's on West Street! We have one position to start immediately, and a second to start from July 24th.
The current shift pattern is weekends only with Saturdays 11am-9:30pm with occasional Fridays and Sundays when we serve a small but tasty menu for our bottomless brunches. There are also various private hire buffets throughout the year (especially in November and December). We do not currently serve food regularly Monday to Thursday.
Applicants will be required to follow Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Policies, help keep relevant paperwork such as temperature checks / use by dates / allergen documentation in order, and assist with routine cleaning.
Rate of pay to be discussed upon interview.

- Assist with food production and preparation
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of taste, quality, and presentation
- Adhere to proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations

```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality
- Thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
