Over the past few years, the brand has experienced rapid growth and now operates 13 locations across London’s most prestigious areas, including Mayfair, The Shard, and Canary Wharf, as well as an international store in New York City. Most recently, ADAM Grooming Atelier has expanded into Harrods, marking another exciting milestone for the brand.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Shop Assistant to join our growing team across our Central London locations. This role is key to delivering an exceptional in-store experience by maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, supporting daily operations, and providing warm, attentive customer service in line with the company’s values, mission, and ethos.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the barbershop
- Welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner and offer refreshments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including sweeping floors, sanitising tools, and restocking supplies
- Clean and reset barber stations after each client and ensure smooth service flow
- Change, wash, fold, and organise towels
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Manager
- Place orders into the system as required
- Liaise with Head Office and follow instructions from office staff
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, Health & Safety regulations, and internal company policies
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, flexible, and a strong team player
- Able to work independently while seeking guidance when required
- Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Smart casual appearance and confident
