To contribute to a positive workforce experience by supporting multiple learning programme interventions conducted internally and by external Providers. Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to the Community of Expertise (CoE), for decision making. Interpret future requirements and shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives implemented, to address needs.
Coordinate all delivery management of learning programmes utilising the Learning Management System (LMS) to maintain up to date, accurate, seamless delivery processes.
Identify opportunities to improve and innovate systems and processes whilst reporting on error and performance of these systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
