Support Workers – Norwich Area (NR6 - NR10)
12-Hour Shifts | Full & Part-Time Available | Contracted Hours | Driving Licence Preferred | No Sponsorship Available

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our friendly and established team supporting clients within Norwich. Staff will be based at one fixed location supporting one client on a 2;1 or 1;1 basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred support to individuals with spinal cord injuries within their own homes and in the community.
About the Role
You will support clients to live as independently and comfortably as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Domestic tasks within the home
- Supporting social and leisure activities
- Promoting independence and daily living skills
Current shifts available include day shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on client needs.
Experience in care or support work is beneficial, particularly within complex care, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
