Southdowns Motorhome Centre are currently looking to take on a full time valeter/yard person to work at their showroom in Portsmouth.
Southdowns Motorhome Centre is one of the leading motorhome retailers in the country representing a range of motorhome brands from Germany. It is a family-owned and operated business.
The Role -
- Working as part of the valeting team, you will undertake the valeting of large and small motorhomes and camper vans and the general housekeeping of the premises.
- Fault reporting on damage noted during valeting.
- Using the highest quality high-performance products.
- Will need to comply with internal health and safety policies and COSHH directives.
The Person -
- A friendly and helpful nature is necessary, you will need to be able to work methodically, accurately and under pressure in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Experience as a valeter is an advantage.
- Quality of work is of the utmost importance.
- Someone who can identify new ways of improving efficiency.
- The ability to respond and work towards daily targets.
- Must have a clean driving licence, at least category B. C1 is an advantage.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (NINO, pre-settle or settle status, bank account, proof of address).
- If English is not your first language you need to be at least at a medium level speaking & understanding.
