Payroll Administrator
£ 11,388.00 per annum – 16 hours per week – Office Based

T Quality are a leading National Foodservice Wholesaler with 12 depots throughout the UK. Due to significant growth and success, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Payroll Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Swindon.
Do you have any of the following skills to apply for this role…
· Payroll experience
· Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels
· Experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
The successful candidate will...
· Collate all information in respect of the monthly payroll which covers around 320 staff
· Collate and process all working time data
· Administer the company Pension in relation to payroll
· Checks on all licences and make sure people have renewals in hand
· Raise all new starter contracts and paperwork and ensure that all right to work and licence checks take place before employment is offered.
· Process leavers
· Absence reporting for HR to analyse
· General admin
