Summary
Helm360 are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Intapp Principal Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services Team. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and internal teams as a solution and domain specialist to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be key in driving successful outcomes for multiple client projects.
The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, understanding the use of Intapp Intake & Conflicts system for client matter onboarding, conflicts analysis and AML risk requirements. As the principal consultant you will be required to work as client advisory around best practices, work with sales – leading Intapp demos and collaborate with other members of the Helm360 professional services team to make meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the clients, understanding their goals, pain points and help them implement fully integrated compliance solution using Intapp Intake and conflicts, Intapp Time and Intapp Walls
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment between client needs and project goals
- Service as project lead, oversee the Delivery of multiple concurrent projects within budget and agreed timeline, with quality.
- Collaborate with project teams (e.g., PMs, Integration developers, QA engineers) to design and validate solutions that meet business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
- Continuously analyze and recommend improvements to internal processes, methodologies, and best practices for the Professional Services team.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience at a professional services firm, preferably within the Risk & Compliance and Client Matter Onboarding teams working for / with a law firm.
- Ability to walk the walk with compliance stakeholders and talk the talk with technical systems owners
- Experience of Intapp compliance suite of products – Intake, conflicts, walls and terms
- Strong understanding of major integrations law firm integrations with practice management systems like 3E, Aderant, DMS like iManage & NetDocuments and other 3rd party data providers like Worldcheck, Acuity.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements documentation, and change management principles.
- Conducting data management and data mapping workshops to design process workflow with inbound and outbound integrations in scope
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio, for process mapping and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Client-centric attitude with the ability to manage relationships and expectations.
Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
