About KRD
KRD Catering Equipment is a rapidly growing e-commerce retailer and importer of commercial catering equipment.
Paid advertising is central to our growth. We currently manage a significant six-figure monthly advertising budget across Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft, with plans to scale further.
We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to bring full ownership of this activity in-house.
The role
You will personally own the daily management and development of KRD’s paid-media operation, working directly with senior management on budgets, promotions and commercial priorities.
This is not a general social-media or agency-management position. You must be comfortable working directly inside advertising accounts, analysing performance and making budget decisions.
You will connect advertising performance with stock availability, product margin, pricing, promotions, creative requirements and website conversion.
Success will be measured through profitable growth and contribution after advertising—not platform-reported revenue or ROAS alone.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid-media strategy and hands-on campaign management across Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft.
- Manage and pace substantial monthly budgets within agreed authority limits.
- Improve contribution after advertising while supporting company growth targets.
- Build forecasts and recommend how budgets should be allocated across channels, campaigns and products.
- Align advertising with margins, stock availability, incoming products and clearance priorities.
- Manage Google Shopping, Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage Meta prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns.
- Develop TikTok and Microsoft advertising where commercially justified.
- Monitor Merchant Center, product feeds, catalogues and campaign disapprovals.
- Use Shopify, GA4 and company financial data to assess performance beyond platform attribution.
- Identify tracking and attribution problems and coordinate appropriate fixes.
- Build a structured testing programme covering products, audiences, offers, creative formats and landing pages.
- Produce clear briefs for new advertising creatives.
- Plan promotions with senior management and coordinate the required campaigns, landing pages and social activity.
- Recommend website, collection, offer and conversion improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation covering tests, decisions and account changes.
- Produce a concise weekly report covering spend, contribution, risks, opportunities and next actions.
- Ensure all advertising accounts, data, assets and documentation remain under KRD ownership.
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Strong recent hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads for an e-commerce business.
- Direct responsibility for significant paid-media budgets, ideally at six-figure monthly scale or comparable complexity.
- A proven record of scaling or improving e-commerce advertising profitably.
- Strong knowledge of Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max and Meta advertising.
- Commercial understanding of margins, refunds, delivery costs, stock and contribution after advertising.
- Ability to evaluate performance using company data rather than relying solely on platform-reported attribution.
- Experience with Merchant Center, product feeds, tracking and campaign diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, forecasting and budget-management skills.
- Comfortable making independent decisions within agreed limits.
- Able to explain results and recommendations clearly to senior management.
- Able to meet the stated Weedon hybrid-working requirement.
Desirable:
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Shopify and large-product-catalogue experience.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI or server-side measurement.
- Experience marketing physical, technical, bulky or high-consideration products.
- Experience planning promotional calendars and landing-page tests.
- Experience bringing advertising ownership in-house from a founder or agency.
Working arrangement
This is a hybrid role based at our Weedon office.
During the initial two-month onboarding period, the normal arrangement will be a minimum of four office-based days and one remote day per week.
Thereafter, the normal arrangement will be a minimum of three office-based days and two remote days, subject to satisfactory performance.
Additional on-site attendance may be required during peak trading periods, major launches or where business needs require it.
This role is not suitable for somebody seeking a fully remote position.
What we offer
- Ownership of a substantial and growing advertising budget.
- Direct influence over commercial strategy, promotions and growth.
- Quarterly performance-bonus opportunity.
- Hybrid working following the onboarding period.
- Company pension.
- Free on-site parking.
Please apply with an up-to-date CV and a short example of an e-commerce advertising improvement you personally delivered.
Please include the approximate budget, starting position, actions you personally took, measurable outcome and how the result was verified outside the advertising platform.
Pay: £60,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Company pension
- Free parking
- On-site parking
Application question(s):

- United Kingdom (required)
