Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist with product merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Promote products through upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Engage with customers using effective phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Maintain organisational standards by keeping the sales area tidy and well-presented
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and organisational goals
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, other languages is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
- Organised with excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
- Experience or knowledge of merchandising is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided
- Good phone etiquette and organisational skills are required for efficient customer interaction
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when necessary
- Previous experience in retail or sales is desirable but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
