As Sturges London approach our 1st anniversary, we find our growth such that we need the addition of an Office Manager to support the keys functions of a busy Sales, Lettings & Property Management business.
The successful individual would need to cover the administrative components of these residential disciplines within a small but efficient team including but not limited to:
CRM Updating
Advertising & Promotion (both Company and and Property)
Assist with Social Media promotion
Invoicing (Sales & Purchase)
Sales, Letting & Property Management Administration
Management of the Office
Client Interaction
This opportunity will offer the ability to be absolutely at the centre of an exciting new business currently led by client facing Staff with years of experience but who are open to new ideas and mechanisms to facilitate improved workflows and efficiencies.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
