Van Driver / Warehouse Operative
Regency Foods is a food supplier delivering high-quality food products to restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses.
We are looking for a reliable and flexible Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading the delivery van
- Delivering goods safely and on time to restaurants, hotels and other customers
- Collecting goods from suppliers or other locations when required
- Checking orders and delivery paperwork
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Helping to maintain the warehouse and storage areas
- Helping with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Previous experience driving a van
- Good knowledge of safe driving and deliveries
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving boxes
- Flexible with working hours depending on workload
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
7:00am to 11:00am, although finishing times may vary depending on the daily workload and deliveries.
Flexibility is therefore important.
Salary
£14.00 per hour
The applicant should have the right to work in the UK
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7.0 – 11.0 per week
