Builder - Immediate Start
D&M Building Services, part of D&M Property Group, is looking for an experienced builder to join our site team on a labour-only subcontract basis. Immediate start.
We're an FMB accredited contractor with 18 years of trading, named Construction Company of the Year 2025. We have a strong pipeline of extensions, loft conversions, structural works and refurbishments throughout the East Midlands.
The work
You'll be working as part of an established site team on live projects: brickwork, blockwork, groundworks, structural alterations and general build. Initial four-week engagement with a strong likelihood of extension for the right person.
You'll report to our Construction Director on site.
What you'll need
- Proven experience on residential extensions, structural works or refurbishments
- Full UK driving licence and own transport - our sites are spread across three counties, so this is essential
- Valid CSCS card
- CIS registered with a UTR/ NI number
- Own hand tools
- Reliable, tidy, and good with clients - most of our work is in occupied homes
