Who We Are
Woldmarsh Producers is a member owned agricultural co-operative, working with farmers and growers across Lincolnshire and beyond. We supply everything from building materials to fuel and fertiliser, and our members rely on us to get it right.
We're looking for someone with knowledge of the building trade to join our team in Louth. This is a twelve month role covering a colleague's absence.
You'll be part of a small, busy team handling calls and queries from members and suppliers, taking and progressing orders, and supporting each other day to day. You'll also be providing the friendly, professional service our members expect.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering calls from members and suppliers and sorting out what they need
- Taking orders and seeing them through from start to finish
- Working closely with the machinery and sundries teams
- Keeping records straight and easy for colleagues to find
- Managing several priorities at once without dropping the ball
- Building proper relationships with the people you speak to regularly
What You'll Bring
- A good grasp of building materials
- A confident, friendly telephone manner
- Comfortable using everyday IT systems
- An eye for detail. Getting orders right first time matters here
- A calm head when things get busy
- A helpful, can do attitude
- A genuine team player
Nice to Have
- Farming or agricultural background
- Customer service experience
What We Offer
- £13.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
- Hours from 8am, with some flexibility available
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pro rated for part time hours
