The Stay Club Camden is currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the student accommodation and hospitality industry.
Our properties represent the latest trend in modern student living, and we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for all our students and tenants.
We are seeking a flexible and reliable team member who is available to work five days per week (40 hours). Shifts are 8 hours long, but will be confirmed two weeks in advance and may vary between the hours of:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Additional optional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and busy periods.
Interviews are held weekly at the property on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the position is available in two weeks' time.
ROLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Camden Town
SALARY: £12.90 per hour
POSITION: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including:
- Responding to emails
- Answering phone calls
- Checking guests in and out
- Monitoring access to the property
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Good knowledge of London
- Previous experience in student accommodation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Awareness of Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and First Aid procedures
Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression as the company continues to expand and open new locations.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

- Enhanced DBS Check including Children and Adult Barred List

- Two reference letters from recent employers
- Passport / Visa copy and Right to Work documents
- National Insurance Number
- Proof of Address
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer service
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner, well presented and polite
- Experience completing administrative tasks to a high standard
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently
