The Opportunity:
Information Services Group (ISG) plays a vital role in ensuring the University’s spaces, services, and operations run safely and efficiently every day. As part of this team, you will help keep some of the University’s busiest buildings operating smoothly and safely for thousands of users.
You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate front-line staff, and ensure high standards of customer service, safety, security, and operational continuity. This is a hands-on supervisory role in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week plus 5 hours of contractual overtime). This post is not suitable for hybrid working, and is 100% on-campus in Edinburgh (i.e. unsuitable for home-working).
