Leading end‑to‑end AV planning and activation across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema, from brief through to review.

Guiding and supporting a team of AV buyers to deliver consistently high‑quality, accountable work.

Partnering closely with planning, digital and paid social teams to design integrated, audience‑led solutions.

Negotiating with media owners to unlock value, innovation and effective outcomes for the client.

Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, grounded in a strong understanding of their business and goals.

Using data, systems and market insight to understand audience behaviour and inform decision‑making.

Solid experience within AV, with hands‑on knowledge across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema.

Experience leading or mentoring others, with a collaborative and supportive management style.

Confidence working with senior clients and constructively challenging briefs when needed.

A strong understanding of the programmatic AV ecosystem, including CTV, BVOD and digital audio.
