On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a welder/fabricator to work for a growing business based in Nelson, Lancashire.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (12:30pm – 1:00pm lunch, plus two paid 10-minute breaks)Rate of Pay: £15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality welding and fabrication on a variety of products, ensuring work meets company quality standards.
* Work on a mixture of production-based manufacturing and bespoke fabrication projects, interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
* Assemble, prepare and finish fabricated components using a range of workshop equipment and hand tools.
* Inspect completed work to maintain accuracy, quality and safety standards while keeping work areas clean and organised.
*Work effectively as part of the team, contributing to efficient production and supporting continuous improvement across the workshop and assisting with other departments when required.
This is a temp-perm position for the right candidate.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
