Job Summary
We are a popular childrens soft play barn.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support various operational functions within our establishment including reception, tills and general housekeeping.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the play frame and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting them with their needs.
- Be a friendly cheerful face when customers enter.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive working environment and effective communication.
- Assisting in the kitchen with ability to cover cook when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience would be a positive but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable .Min level 2 certificate.
- Basic maths skills .
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to help others as needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards customers and colleagues alike.
- Must be able to work School holidays and bank holidays.
