SUPPORT WORKER –
DEDICATED AND BESPOKE SERVICES, PARCHMENT TRUST.
35 hours per week. Monday – Friday, hours between 8am and 6pm.
£13 per hour starting salary, rising to £13.20 once your initial training has been completed and passed.

The role of Support Worker involves working either on a one-to-one, or two-to-one basis with members, offering bespoke support in line with their care and support plan. Full training is provided.
A typical week might involve attending appointments, doing activities that members want to do and supporting them with personal care and everyday tasks. Activity choices are member led but can involve all sorts of things including swimming, walks, cycling, gym, cinema, visiting places, meeting friends, attending events, shopping, cooking, eating out, helping others etc.
As well as the support of your managers, you will be part of a big team, sharing ideas, helping one another and all working together to ensure our members live their lives to the fullest, the way they want to.
