At Kingdom Group, we’re looking to recruit for a Finance Business Partner who can act as a strategic link between the finance function and the operational teams within the business. Our Finance Team works closely with stakeholders to translate financial data into strategies, support budgeting and planning processes for the Kingdom Group.

The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand their financial
- Propose, develop, manage and deliver organisational wide and departmentalfinance related projects to deadlines and budget
- Contribute to the development of departmental procedures to ensure efficient and effective ways of working
The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with our Senior Team and business leaders to support the creation and delivery of departmental and organisational strategic financial objectives.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Qualified accountant or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- At least three years relevant experience
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the business
