We are looking for someone who is currently a freelance Bar and Event Supervisor to join our team on a freelance basis.
Stock Farm Wedding and Event Barn is one of Cheshire's hidden gems. Our unique location and venue on the edge of Hale and Manchester hosts events through out the year. From Weddings & parties to exclusive car launches, we do it all.
As a Freelance Bar and Events Supervisor, you will responsible for coordinating our bar and bar team at live events and ensuring they are ran efficiently, smoothly. On live events you will be motivated, passionate and will lead our dedicated team into ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout.
You will be a training ambassador and ensure effective management of the team.
- Supervise bar operations and front-of-house teams during weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
- Manage event setup, service delivery, and venue presentation to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Coordinate bar staff, delegated duties, and monitored performance throughout events.
- Maintain stock control, cash handling procedures, and licensing compliance.
- Liaised with event coordinators, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event execution.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensured health and safety standards, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service were maintained at all times.
- Supported opening and closing procedures, including stock reconciliation and venue security.

Pay: £14.00-£16.50 per hour
