Truffles Bakery are looking for a skilled baker to join their busy team.
Applicants must have experience in baking and have worked in a bakery environment before.
Applicants must have a keen eye for detail, high standard of finish and work within a team.
Duties include:
-hand moulding and shaping bread
-working on a busy roll department
-baking rolls daily on a deck oven
-Cake making, mixing and finishing
-moving to different departments to suit the business needs such as helping in pastry or finishing department if required.
4am - 1pm with Tuesday and Sunday off.
Salary based on experience.
