Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing hot drinks when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
- Barista experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
