Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed
- Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, snacks, and light meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to meet food safety standards
- Manage cash register operations accurately and handle transactions efficiently
- Support stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or a strong interest in learning coffee-making techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
- Experience serving customers in fast-paced environments with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory checks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods
