Duties
- Deliver training sessions in person or virtually, ensuring clarity and retention of key concepts through effective presentation skills.
- Mentor new trainers and provide ongoing support to team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage training records ensuring accurate documentation of participation and progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching or training roles with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Email.
- Familiarity with health and social care environments
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience mentoring or coaching others to develop their skills and confidence.
- Knowledge of health and social care practices, policies, and procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

The role is both based on the road and at home. You will be required to deliver training programmes in person and virtually. You may be required to stay overnight at training locations for programmes of 2 or more days where commuting is not feasible.
To be successful in this role you must have your own presentation equipment including laptop, projector, speakers and printer.
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
