Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Visiting Choirs Administrator to ensure the administration of the Cathedral's Visiting Choirs programme runs smoothly so that our vibrant musical life continues throughout the choir holidays.
Principle tasks will include maintaining correspondence with Visiting Choirs that are already booked in to sing at the Cathedral, making enquiries about and booking new choirs to cover services over the holiday periods and ensuring the Visiting Choirs are of an adequate standard by requesting, listening to and scrutinizing recordings in conjunction with the Canon Precentor and Director of Music.

What We're Looking For
As our Visiting Choirs Administrator, you will:
- Have a passion for and good working knowledge of the Anglican choral tradition.
- Have a strong administrative background or clear administrative potential.
- Have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
- Have experience of working with choirs or other ensembles, either as a performer or as an administrator.
- Being an accomplished musician and/or holding a high-level qualification in music is desirable.
