Account Manager – Print & Packaging
Location: Leeds (LS12) – On-site
Salary: £32,000 + Commission (OTE £45,000–£55,000+)

We’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team and play a key role in driving the next stage of the business.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while developing new opportunities.
You won’t be starting from scratch — we generate inbound enquiries through our website and marketing activity, alongside new business generated by our Business Development function. Your focus is converting opportunities, building relationships, and growing accounts.
You’ll be working closely with our production and estimating teams to deliver projects across both litho and digital print, as well as packaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Converting inbound enquiries into live projects
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Preparing quotes and managing projects through to delivery
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and quality
- Supporting new business growth alongside the wider sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management within print and/or packaging
- Strong understanding of print production processes (litho, digital, or both)
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot and develop opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
The Opportunity
