Belliss Living is a dedicated supported living provider committed to empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other complex support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within their own homes.
We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our friendly team at our supported living home in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve greater independence while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.
- Supporting individuals to access the local community, attend appointments, and participate in activities they enjoy.
- Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
- Administering medication (following appropriate training).
- Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting any concerns.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- UK driving Licence

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,119.88 per year
